We devote a huge amount of energy and passion to ensuring that our products guarantee safety and organoleptic quality, with absolute respect for the ties with our land, the natural environment and our history.

To achieve this, the wines of Tenuta Bichi Borghesi are made exclusively from grapes grown in estate-owned vineyards, hand-picked after meticulous and careful selection and fermented in our cellar. The “Coppiole” reserve and “Bonico” IGT wine mature in the historical ageing cellar, at a natural temperature in French oak barriques.

After bottling, we mature the wines at a controlled temperature without establishing a set time for this phase: only organoleptic analysis tells us that the wine is ready for our customers.
