RESERVATIONS
After having ascertained the availability of the chosen property, the reservation will generally be confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total cost is made. We will provide you with the bank coordinates where you can deposit the payment. Please contact us for information on other payment methods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, you will receive an email or fax which summarizes the reservation, (name of the person under which the reservation has been made, arrival date, name of the apartment, duration of the stay, price, driving directions to the Tenuta Bichi Borghesi).
• The price of the apartment includes: taxes, water, electricity, use of the pool and barbecue. Security deposit: € 155
• The price of the apartment does not include: extra services.
• Arrival time is between 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm
• Departure time is by 9:30 am
• Payment: upon checkout/departure

CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation the client is held to payment according to the following conditions which vary in amount depending on the amount of time between the notice of cancellation and date of arrival:

1. Prior to 31 days before arrival, 30% of the cost of the rental
2. Between 30 and 16 days before arrival, 50% of the cost of the rental
3. Between 15 and 4 days before arrival, 80% of the cost of the rental
4. Less than 3 days or in the event of a no show, 100% of the cost of the rental

No reimbursement is foreseen for any client that decides to interrupt or terminate his/her stay once it has begun

RELEVANT COURT OF CLAIMS
In the event of controversy regarding the following contract we will refer to the court of claims of Siena, as it is the district where the Tenuta Bichi Borghesi S.A.S, is legally represented.
